Chris has been coaching senior executives, professionals, directors and managers in a wide range of private and public sector environments since 1994, enabling clients to realise their potential and find balance in their careers and wider lives.

| His coaching style is both challenging and supportive, with a firm belief in the ability and resources of clients to identify and achieve their objectives. He helps clients recognise what they are doing well, understand blocks at a deep level and adapt patterns of thinking and behaviour to move forward with renewed energy.
Chris regularly runs career and management development programmes in multi cultural environments. He is a very experienced facilitator, runs away days and is a coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator for personal, team and organisational development. He is committed to continuing his own development and learning and is able to bring a wide range of understanding and skills to coaching.
After a first career as a solicitor and partner in the City and working in business, Chris trained as an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. As an actor, he has appeared in the theatre, on television, in numerous commercials and as a presenter in corporate films, live events and on web sites. He has tutored on an MBA programme in Creativity, Innovation and Change. He is an MBA, an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, an UKCP registered psychotherapist with an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy and has advanced diplomas in coaching and counselling.
With a Chief Executive wife he also recognises the challenges in raising a family and maintaining balance in work and home life. He enjoys theatre, cinema, sport and music of all sorts.
