Using techniques developed in Social Anthropology, our cultural audit elicits views from a representative group of staff and stakeholders. The outcome is a balanced and objective assessment of how the organisation is viewed by its members and other stakeholders. Experiences and views are elicited in a totally confidential and discreet manner. Participants can be confident that nothing they say will be attributable.
