Ethical Standards

At Oxford Executive we pride ourselves on operating to the highest professional standards.

We subscribe to the Code of Ethics published by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and available from their website. This code covers five areas; competence, context, boundary management, integrity and professionalism.

Our coaches have themselves had substantial experience working in organizations. We insist that they are trained as coaches by a recognized organization and provide them with regular supervision and constant professional development. We run our organization in a professional way and in particular have clear contracts between our customers, our clients and ourselves and seek constant feedback from them as to the degree we have met their expectations. We maintain absolute confidentiality in our work.
